Put your pointer finger and thumb together on your forehead like a closed eye over your third eye chakra.

Then open the third eye, by slowly opening the pointer finger and thumb on your forehead.

My third eye chakra is now completely open and activated.

From that night forward, place an amethyst crystal in your pillowcase. It will help keep the third eye chakra opened and activated.

Repeat out loud while your smudge or incense is burning, also fan the smoke around your entire body.

I Cleanse, Purify, Bless and Protect My Sacred Vessel In A Loving Way!

Continue to do this process until the smudge has burned out, if using incense, do this until half of the incense has burned out.

Imagine that every breath of air you take, is full of universal life force energy. Surrender all of your pain, hurt, sorrow and fear to the smoke. Once you are done say out loud;

This situation is healed and resolved, I am Grateful!

For this next process, I prefer to use a long piece of Selenite. Using your power hand, guide the Selenite through the aura/energy field like a knife and repeat out loud;

Transform into positive energy, Transmute all negativity, I am light and worry free!

I usually do this until the music above is finished.

1 hour before bedtime, smudge yourself and your bedroom. Use a notebook and write a short petition to your spirit guide explaining the lesson you would like to learn while sleeping.
example:

I call upon my higher self and spirit guide, to teach me while I sleep. Tonight, I would like to learn about astral travel. Guide me in my dreams, each night, on the lessons of astral travel. I open myself to the vast knowledge out in the world on this topic. While I sleep, help me higher self and spirit guide learn, understand and remember the lesson shown to me. When I awaken from my sleep, continue to guide me to the information that will further my understanding of this lesson. Through the Goddess and God, All is Possible. Through my Higher self and Spirit guide, all is possible. Through my own desire to learn, All Is Possible.

Tap your third eye three times, tap your thymus three times, and tap the middle of your cranium three times to activate this petition.
Read the petition each night, until you feel sure of the lesson. During your awaken state, learn about the topic. Get a book or two on the topic and read from them before reading the petition. You can use YouTube guided meditations to help you understand the topic. The more you research on the topic while awake, the more you will program the subconscious mind. I believe learning is multidimensional.
