I first began learning about animal totems when I was thirteen. I had repeated dreams of a blue wolf. Each time the wolf would show up in my dreams, I would avoid it. I would wake myself up to get away from it. This lasted for three months, until I faced the blue wolf one night in my dream. I realized the wolf was trying to connect to me. During my awake state, I researched at the library about wolves, lucid dreaming, and psychology.

Eventually, I performed a ritual inviting the blue wolf in to my sacred circle. When the wolf entered the circle, I felt warmth and tingle sensations. I began seeing its form with electric blue flames around it. The wolf told me it’s name, ever since, I am able to summon my blue wolf to aid in different ways.
In recent days, the White Tiger appears in my dreams offering me it’s courage, strength and positivity. Each animal totem serves as a balancer of your power. They will show up in the areas of life you need them most. Often we are not aware when they appear, we are too focused on a reality not the spiritual or ether.
First cleanse and purify yourself and your ritual space. Burn sage and gently wave it around you and the area using words of power. I prefer to chant this, I cleanse and purify this sacred vessel and this sacred space. Make healing energy fill this place, with love, peace and haste.
Next, write using the needle on the yellow candle, Spirit Animal Come To Me. Rub the salt on the candle while repeating the words on it out loud. Push your pointer finger of your power hand, against your third eye with the salt on it. Close your eyes and repeat the words, Spirit Animal Come To Me Salt Bless Me.
Lite the yellow candle, chant and meditate. Do this for seven minutes then blow out the candle.
Then on the purple candle using the needle write, In All Of The Worlds I Now See. Rub the water on the candle while repeating the words on it out loud. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki translates to universal life-force energy. This life-force energy, is in all things (like the Goddess and God) and can be guided to anyone, anywhere, and anytime.
It has been taught that, unless you are attuned to Reiki by a Reiki Master Teacher, than you can not practice Reiki. I first learned about Reiki around fifteen-years-old. My Wicca teacher, told me that because Reiki is universal life-force energy, it did not need an attunement especially when you are a witch.
People who practice working with natural elements, have at their disposal, raw universal life-force energy. When a witch calls upon the elements and gives them their situation, this could be even more powerful than Reiki. However Life-Force Energy, or Chi, can be found in all things.
Once my child mind could comprehend this, I began creating a Self-Healing Ritual using the air, fire, water, earth and Reiki.
To begin, start by cleansing yourself with smudge. When you have covered your entire body, go to the area that needs healing.
Let the smoke cleanse the area and repeat out loud;
From the air and fire, I summon healing power, to heal me now in this hour.
Reiki heals all things, Reiki heals me, Reiki heals me, Reiki heals all things.
Continue to focus on the area that needs healing, as though it was already healed.
Next mix three pinches of salt into a cup of water. Splash four times the water on the area that needs healing using your pointer and middle finger. Repeat out loud;
By water and earth bless me, heal my pain so I am free.
Rub that area in a clockwise circle while repeating out loud;
Reiki knows the cause of all illness and knows how to heal it completely. Reiki heal me, Reiki heal me, Reiki heal me, I am healed.
Repeat this process daily three times a day, until the area is healed.
It is easy for someone who has a lower energy, to get their energy vamped by someone else. In most cases, neither person knows that the other is taking their energy. Here is a simple exercise to create a protective shield that will keep your energy strong and grounded.
Cleanse and purify yourself using sage and lavender in an abalone shell. Imagine during the cleansing, that you are releasing all of your existing protective shields. Watch, in your minds eye, those shields dissipating in the smoke. Repeat out loud;
I release all my protective shields and open myself to this process.
Do this process until you feel lighter, a spiritual lightness will give you conformation that the shields are released. Take a moment to experience the vulnerability and openness of your unshielded aura.
Next, face the East and say out loud;
Element of air your protection I summon, shield me now from all harm and negative influence. Shield me with your love and light make my shield with titanium might.
Repeat the above for every direction; South/Fire, West/Water, and North/Earth.
Once you are finished with the North, acknowledge the protective shield. Connect to the powerful protection that has been gifted to you from all directions.
Lastly, place hands at the hips, palms facing out, fingers pointing to the ground. Slowly guide your hands to above your head, palm to palm like prayer position, while saying out loud;
I am Divinely Protected and Perfectly Safe In all of Time and Space.
Draw a Pentacle on your forehead and say out loud;

I open myself to the vast knowledge out in the world on this topic. While I sleep, help me higher self and spirit guide learn, understand and remember the lesson shown to me. During your awaken state, learn about the topic. Get a book or two on the topic and read from them before reading the petition. You can use YouTube guided meditations to help you understand the topic. The more you research on the topic while awake, the more you will program the subconscious mind. Since the age of three, Michael has been aware of his psychic and healing abilities. He has always been interested in magic and the occult. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki translates to universal life-force energy. This life-force energy, is in all things (like the Goddess and God) and can be guided to anyone, anywhere, and anytime.
It has been taught that, unless you are attuned to Reiki by a Reiki Master Teacher, than you can not practice Reiki. I first learned about Reiki around fifteen-years-old. My Wicca teacher, told me that because Reiki is universal life-force energy, it did not need an attunement especially when you are a witch.
People who practice working with natural elements, have at their disposal, raw universal life-force energy. When a witch calls upon the elements and gives them their situation, this could be even more powerful than Reiki. However Life-Force Energy, or Chi, can be found in all things.
Once my child mind could comprehend this, I began creating a Self-Healing Ritual using the air, fire, water, earth and Reiki.
To begin, start by cleansing yourself with smudge. When you have covered your entire body, go to the area that needs healing.

Next mix three pinches of salt into a cup of water. Splash four times the water on the area that needs healing using your pointer and middle finger. Repeat out loud;

Rub that area in a clockwise circle while repeating out loud;

9. Home, Land or Business Cleansing Blessing
Michael first began performing land cleansing and blessings by the age of fourteen. There were stories in his neighborhood about John Ball Zoo being haunted. One day Michael created a spiritual cleansing kit he gathered from his spiritual supplies. Around nightfall Michael headed to the top of John Ball Zoo. When he arrived there, he began performing a ritual commanding the spirits to transform and go to the fifth dimension. He casted out all harm, evil, gangs, sexual predators, killers and anything that would hold back or block healing and love in that area.
Since then Michael has performed thousands of rituals cleansing and blessing homes, businesses, lands and people. On August 9, 2014 there was a episode aired on the Dead Files called “Satan’s Revenge”. Michael was asked to perform a ritual that would cast out all evil from the home. During the time he spent on their property, he identified a portal between them and the neighbors home. Once the portal was closed by Michael the entities would no longer haunt the homes.
