Cleanse and purify yourself and your sacred space. Use a smudge of your choice, I prefer Lavender with a few pieces of Sage in a Abalone Shell.
Next, get a palm size Clear Quartz and cleanse it. Use words that offer authority over the crystal like; I command all negative energy to leave this crystal now. Once cleansed, hold it in your hands in praying position 🙏 and charge it with positive energy.
Play now the music above. Next spin the crystal in clockwise direction over the cranium. Repeat the words: I cleanse, and activate my crown chakra, I cleanse and activate my DNA, I am Activated!
Do this ritual on the first, second and third day of each month. After the ten minutes of 963 Hz, eat and drink something that is healthy for you.
